Nutritional Guidance Coach
Trained in multiple fitness disciplines such as bodybuilding, power lifting, Martial Arts, and strength training, his vast knowledge of anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, nutrition and psychology makes him a well rounded Trainer and Fitness coach. He is certified as a Fitness Therapist, Fitness Trainer, and Youth Fitness Trainer. His style of training combines a unique blend of martial conditioning, power strength training, and aerobic conditioning. He is also the Physio ball group instructor at the Elliot Hospital in Manchester NH.

Personal Training |

- Sessions conducted in our private studio flexible scheduling.
- Monday through Friday 6:30 am to 4:00 pm.
- Personal Trouble Zone Clinics may be substituted for Personal Training Sessions.
- Nutrition
consultations/advice are included with every package You will be
provided with regular assessments including Body Fat percentage,
Lean muscle mass, Fat mass, and numerous body measurements to
track your progress and help set goals. |
