Lisa Hatzos, MD
Owner,
Renew MediSpa. Physicial at Elliot Peak Internal Medicine Windham
 Dr. Hatzos graduated from Tufts University in 1988 and Tufts
University School of Medicine in 1992. She completed her
Internal Medicine Internship and Residency at St. Vincent
Hospital ( University of Massachusetts affiliate) in 1995 and
was Chief Medical Resident there from 1995 to 1996. She has been
a Board Certified physician since 1996 and is a member of the
American College of Physicians as well as the International
Association of Physicians in Aesthetic Medicine.
She has received both Basic and Advanced training in Injectables
(Botox, Dermal Filler) from The Aesthetic Enhancement Institute
(Florida) and from Kapps Professional Training (Pure Med Spa) in
Toronto, Canada. She is on staff at both Parkland Medical Center
in Derry and Elliot Hospital in Manchester. |

Laura Everhart
Front Desk and Makeup Artist
 Laura is a Medical Assistant with years of experience who came
to work for Peak Internal Medicine in August 2008. She is also a
makeup artist, originally trained by I Natural Cosmetics- She
was their Bridal Makeup Consultant and has also freelanced for
local salons over the years. She works both in the MediSpa and
in the Internal Medicine suites. |

Joanna Edmunds Licensed Esthetician; Makeup Artist
Certified Laser Technician; Laser Safety Officer
A graduate of Elizabeth Grady School of Esthetics, Joanna has over 15 yrs in the Aesthetic Industry. She has
provided Makeup services for Jeff Ogilve, PGA member, for his PUMA Sports Catalog shoots as well as for events such
as the Boston 105.7 Valentine’s Day Wedding Special and for EPS Communications Marketing.
She is certified by the National Laser Institute in Scottsdale, Arizona. NLI programs were the first in the state
to meet the stringent requirements of the ARRA, as well as the first Medical Aesthetics School approved by the
Post Secondary Educational Board of Arizona, a hot spot for Esthetic training in the United States. She has
extensive knowledge of skin care product lines, cosmetics and cosmeceutical ingredients- at Renew we refer to
Joanna as our “Ingredient Guru”.

Jamileh Kheiri-Permanent Makeup Artist
We are thrilled to bring Jamileh in to Renew MediSpa in Winter 2011.
Jamileh attended the Sharareh Institute in Tehran, Iran from 1997 to 2001 during which time she also worked at the Beauty House Institute there. She received her teaching certificate and esthetician license in skin care and in permanent makeup in 2001.
Since January of 2007 she has practiced permanent cosmetics, skin care and eyelash extensions in North Andover, Massachusetts and she holds a North Andover Board of Health certification for permanent cosmetics since 2006.
She is licensed in esthetics in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
She has also been a professional threader (hair removal) since the age of 8.
Jamileh’s emphasis on careful client consultation and her “two visit” approach to permanent cosmetics ensures that the client will achieve a natural and “just right, not overdone” look.
She will be available at Renew on Wednesdays from 12:00 to 8:00 pm. |
